Proof of Concept: We have successfully conducted prototype farming on rice and tomatoes, validating our greenhouse (hydroponic) and open-field systems in Nigeria and the United States.

Business Partnership: We are engaged with global Agric-tech and manufacturing experts in China, India, Pakistan, Ukraine, and the United States for technical consultation, design and execution.

Strategic Partnership: We have established and signed MOUs with southern state governments in Nigeria for long-term partnership to establish our farms.

Current Project Outlook: We have AI-engineered greenhouse and open-field farm project designed for rice, maize, tomatoes, pepper and leafy vegetable on 1500 hectares of land, scalable to 10,000 at two locations.

Project Estimation: Our initial project is budgeted at $50M set for greenhouse and open-field farms establishment and operation.

Funding Needs: We are seeking pre-seed/seed funds for the construction and operation of our farms in the southwest regions of Nigeria.

What We Aim To Achieve

Our innovative indoor data-driven farm uses hydroponic and aeroponic farming systems, managed, and operated using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, nutrient float technologies (NFTs), low-cost energy sources (i.e., sunlight, renewable energy), 95% less water, limited resources, zero herbicides and pesticides, and ensure little to zero carbon emission. s

Our open-field farms uses AI-technologies for precision and sustainable farming systems for staple foods like rice and maize.
