JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Co-Founder/Investor and Strategic Partner

-          Capital Investor for 5-15% Equity Shareholding

-          Strategic leadership that contributes in steering growth and expansion in the company

-          A global minded individual who will represent and expand on the company’s vision around the world.

What we Seek

-          Capital Investment: A Co-Founder who will provide capital investment to drive and scale our projects.

-          Strategic Leader: This individual(s) will play pivotal role(s) in steering strategy, growth, and expansion to scale operations.

-          Investing Track Record: Track record in building, scaling, or investing in startups (Not Mandatory).

-          Interest in Innovative Technology: Passion for AI technology, agriculture, and social impact

-          Part-Time: Be willing to commit 10 hours weekly for strategic leadership and related investment commitments.

-          Travels: Willingness to travel for investment, operations, and leadership commitments

Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree

As a Co-Founder, You Will
       -   Establish global network and partnership to secure further investment and loan

-          Work closely with other co-founders and the CEO to shape and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision

-          Drive partnerships with governments, NGOs, and global investors.

-          Collaborate with key leadership team in the area of resource management, governance, and operational scaling.

-          Spearhead and/or orchestrate fundraising and investment engagements

-          Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and impact.
